Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Recruiter with at least 2 years of professional recruitment experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple brands within our Group.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring recruitment processes remain efficient, structured, and compliant with best practices.

This role supports recruitment activities across:

• A health and wellness IV therapy clinic
• A virtual assistant services company providing Nigerian talent to international businesses
• A talent sourcing, training, and placement organisation serving the African market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job intake to onboarding
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using structured recruitment methods
• Conduct interviews and ensure only qualified candidates proceed through each stage
• Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate qualification criteria
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Completion of NYSC is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, screening methods, and interviewing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and meet recruitment timelines.

Remote Work Requirement:

• This is a fully remote role.
• Applicants must have reliable internet access, stable electricity, a functional computer, and appropriate backup solutions to ensure uninterrupted productivity.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
