Job Description

• We’re a growing healthcare group seeking an experienced HR Generalist.
• You’ll handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, policy compliance, training coordination, and basic payroll/benefits support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience (minimum 1 year in a healthcare setting required).
• Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Healthcare experience is desirable
• Working knowledge of Nigerian labor law.
• Strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office/HR tools.
