Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist management with HR-related guidance and documentation.
• Coordinate staff training and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour law.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
