Since founded, we continuously expanded global network, developed and optimized products, improved customer experience, and introduce IT technologies and equipment to realize automatic operations. Currently, we are building a local and cross-border service network to support air, sea and road transportation with the aim to be the leading diversified integrated logistics solution provider between China and emerging markets. By doing so, it will reduce end-to-end logistics costs between China and emerging markets while providing a stable and recognized logistics services to our customers.

Job Position: Human Resource Generalist
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities 

  • The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day HR operations to support the strategic goals of the organization. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices and experience in the logistics industry.

Responsibility
Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all levels of positions.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical logistics roles.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention strategies.

Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
  • Advise managers on performance issues and provide tools for effective feedback.

HR Administration and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Manage employee records and HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
  • Prepare reports and analytics for HR metrics, including turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop relevant programs.
  • Organize and track participation in training sessions to ensure continuous professional growth.

Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans.
  • Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives as needed.

Requirement

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
