Hillcrest Agro-allied Industries Limited is an agricultural products processing company located in Offa, Kwara State. We operate a rice processing mill that produces par-boiled head rice and we deliver to the final customer through distributors. We add value to nutrition and overall well-being.

Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Location: Offa, Kwara

Job specifications

• Our Human Resource Manager provides the means and tools to manage and grow people.
• He or she is an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all human resource functions.
• He or she partners with departmental managers, leads and manages activities while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.

Requirements
Work experience:

• 4+ years experience as HR Manager in a processing or manufacturing organisation, out of which 2+ years in the agriculture or foods sector.

Abilities:

• Sound leadership ability.
• Full understanding of the way the company operates to meet its objectives.
• Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of local employment needs, and state and federal labour laws.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to improve employee morale.
