Job Description


  • As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for managing human resources and administrative functions which include recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, office management, and leading HR Functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Maintain employee records and updated HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, time sheets, and attendance records.
  • Manage company documentation and filing systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in one of the big 4 or a similar-sized organisation
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., payroll systems, HRIS).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in Human Resources Management.
  • Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
