Job Position: Human Resource Manager 

Job Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated female, proactive, and highly motivated Human Resource Manager who must be single with mininum of 5 years to join our dynamic team. 
• As a key player in our organization, the HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 
• The ideal candidate should be a single female , flexible, and ready to embrace the multiple demands and responsibilities of a fast-paced HR role, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all HR activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s staffing needs.
• Implement and manage employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
• Develop and execute HR policies and programs to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead efforts in employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development.
• Stay updated with HR trends and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements to HR systems and processes.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Handle employee benefits administration, compensation strategies, and ensure competitive and fair pay practices.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate and manage employee performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all HR inquiries and provide clear, timely communication to employees.
• Ensure the company complies with all labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to human resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Tech-savvy with experience in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The role may require flexibility and availability outside of standard business hours as needed for various HR activities, such as employee support, team-building events, or urgent HR issues.
