Job Position: Human Resource Officer
Job Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• We are looking for a human resource manager who have a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology).

Requirements and skills

• HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
• 2 - 4 years of experience as a human resource officer/personnel
• Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skill.
