We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Officer (Performance Analyst)
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all pending approval requests are treated withing 24 hours from each request
• Develop Customer Service training manual for sales Personnel before end of 2025 Handling and escalating all employee matters within 24hrs
• Norming of staff expense application within 30min of request Support the recruitment of pump attendance
• Receiving inbound calls and directing the outcome to the necessary departments
• Prepares and submits HR reports on or before 25th each month
• Takes minutes of general meetings and send the documented copy within 24hrs of end of meeting
• Support the induction and onboarding process Ensure 75% pump attendant capacity as a % of total installed pumps each month

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience.

Salary
N260,000 - N380,000 Monthly.
