We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Personnel

Job Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:

• Source, identify, and recruit top-tier candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Employee Onboarding:

• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and equitable workplace.

Performance Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
• Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant development programs for employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure employees receive ongoing opportunities for professional growth.

Sales Experience Integration:

• Prioritize candidates with sales experience, recognizing its relevance to understanding the unique needs and dynamics of the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that sales-oriented skills and competencies are appropriately evaluated during the recruitment process.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Stay informed about labor laws and ensure company compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Requirement
