Emtill Solutions Nigeria Limited is a fintech company with the goal of being the first point of call for our customers in terms of anything finance.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Specialist 

Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Work time and Days: Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Updating employee records
• Overseeing employee relations
• Advising line managers and departmental managers onemployment law
• Collaborating with other HR professionals/HR Officer
• Continued further training in HR
• Preparing job descriptions, publishing job adverts
• Performance management
• Initiating disciplinary procedures
• HR strategy and business management
• Determining staff training needs
• Ensuring legal compliance and health and safety
• Enforcing company policies and procedures
• Onboarding new starters/new staff inductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant roles ideally in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech environment.
• Degree in Human Resources or any related course
• Good communication skill
• Knowledge of country employment-related laws and statutory requirements, compliance, and policies.
• Prior experience in compensation & benefits and rewards management.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
