Job Position: Human Resources Assistant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Support the Human Resources Manager in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
• Recruitment and Selection
• Headhunting of candidates
• Employee welfare management
• Carry out other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
• Payroll Administration
• Compensation and Benefits Administration.

Job Specification

• Minimum One (1) year experience in a similar role in a well-structured organisation
• B.Sc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Have basic knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law and Policies
• Must have completed NYSC.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / month.
