Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

As the HRBP, you will be responsible for leading the company's human resources functions, managing recruitment and onboarding, overseeing employee development and training, maintaining a robust performance management system, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, driving employee engagement, and providing strategic HR support to the leadership team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Responsibilities


Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Talent Management: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. Oversee onboarding, performance management, and career development processes. Identify learning and development opportunities to support employee growth.

Employee Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a positive work environment.

Change Management: Support business leaders in managing organizational changes, including restructuring, cultural transformations, and process improvements. Advise on communication strategies and ensure employee buy-in during change initiatives.

HR Metrics & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) and provide insights to improve decision-making. Use data to assess trends and make recommendations for policy adjustments and process improvements. Manage the HR information system.

Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation structures, promotions, and incentive programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Partner with leadership to ensure benefits programs support employee needs and attract talent.

Policy Development & Compliance: Advise and formulate progressive HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.

Culture & Employee Engagement: Support initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive company culture. Help drive employee engagement through recognition programs, team-building activities, and regular feedback.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is an added advantage.

Experience: 4 - 6 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in HR business operations.

Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Analytical mindset with experience in HR data reporting and metrics. Dependable leadership capabilities, active listening, and detail oriented. Proficiency with HR software and Google Workspace.
