We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources / Executive Assistant

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records.
• Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, letters, and reports
• Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events
• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Help prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation for new hires
• Assist in processing payroll and verifying attendance records
• Support the administration of employee benefits (health insurance, leave tracking, etc.)
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries
• Support the communication of HR policies and procedures to staff
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events
• Ensure HR processes comply with legal and organizational policies
• Maintain confidentiality and data security of employee information

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
