We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & enforce HR policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate employee records & documentation
• Conduct employee & guarantor verifications
• Manage and process monthly payroll efficiently and confidentially
• Oversee leave, attendance, and salary structure records
• Improve staff productivity & oversee performance reviews
• Design and implement SOPs across departments
• Support recruitment, onboarding & compliance
• Oversee HR operations in Lagos & Abuja
• Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
• HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are a strong advantage
• 5+ years of HR experience (multi-branch experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• Payroll management experience (salary structure, taxes, statutory deductions, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication & organization skills
• Proficient in HR tools, payroll software, and documentation.
