Job Requirements

• First Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, or any other business-related subject
• Minimum of 15 years of work experience managing the Human Resources function of a reputable organization, preferably a company within the oil and gas industry.
• Membership or certification from recognized professional bodies such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc is mandatory.
• Master's in Human Resources Management or in any other Business-related subject or MBA (will be an added advantage)
• Demonstrated capacity working with a multi-faceted team with a reputation for enhancing mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization
• Sound understanding of Indigenous business requirements
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, particularly in talent acquisition and management, compensation & rewards management, employee retention and welfare management, career development, performance management, etc.
