Job Description

Role Overview

  • As Human Resource Personnel, you will play a key role in overseeing all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to team support and development.
  • You will ensure that Inspire Her Afrika attracts, retains, and develops talented individuals who are aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new team members.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  • HR Operations: Maintain employee records, track attendance, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Team Development: Support team-building activities and professional development initiatives to empower our staff.
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance evaluations and providing feedback to ensure team efficiency and success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for women's empowerment and development is a plus.
