Job Position: Human Resources Manager (With Legal Background)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• A Human Resources Manager or HR Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to personnel in all companies in Group.
• He/she has a duty of managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management.
• He/she has a duty of developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior and onboarding new employees.
• Designing workplace policies to reduce conflicts and legal issues, and improve employee productivity.
• Keeping track of employee performance
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution and take disciplinary actions and terminations where necessary.
• Deliver excellent HMO service and ensure a good running payee system in all affiliate companies.
• Manage training and development initiatives
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
• Conduct performance and salary reviews
• Maintain company's organization charts and employee directory
• Consistently advise management and ensure strategic Human Resource goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Maintain Human Resource systems and processes
• Provide support and guidance to Human Resource staff
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
• Design and implement employee retention strategies.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6 - 10 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
