Position Overview


  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager with a minimum of 5 years in HR management. 
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of HR practices, and a passion for creating an inclusive and engaging workplace. 
  • You will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and organizational development to ensure a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting open communication.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management, helping to make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience with HR softwareand Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
