Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Talent management: Manage the full recruitment and hiring process, create job descriptions, and develop onboarding and training programs.
• Employee relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Strategy and compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and ensure the organization complies with all labor laws and regulations.
• Performance and compensation: Oversee performance appraisal systems and manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll-related matters.
• Professional development: Support employee growth and retention through training, career pathing, and talent management strategies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N500,000 / Month.
