Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Officer (Female)
Job Reference: HRO/2024/0105
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Support the HR and Admin Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
• Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues
• Handle payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
• Support training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
