Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The role will support the general human resources function of the Group and be responsible for the day-to-day HR statutory obligations of the Company, - PENSION, GROUP LIFE, ITF, NSITF, HMO, and other C & B related functions.
  • We are looking for a smart and Intelligent Lady (for Gender Balance)

Job Specification

  • Ensure Pension remittance schedules are sent to all PFAs.
  • Process RSA numbers for new hires without RSA and attend to all pension-related inquiries from all stakeholders.
  • File for PENCOM Compliance Certificate within deadlines
  • Ensure NSITF Payment, Manage Joiners and leavers, process claims, and compliance certificates, and manage all stakeholders within the process.
  • Ensure Group Life Renewal, add new employees and exit exited employees; process claims and the compliance Certificate and handle all stakeholder's inquiries.
  • Register new Employees for the HMO package and exit exited employees from the package.
  • Call for Utilization reports, analyse same, and send to Line Manager periodically.
  • Ensure ITF Statutory Payments and processing of Compliance Certificate while supporting the L & D officer in other ITF Training-related documentation and inquiries and refund processing.
  • Perform Other Human Resources Related functions as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in Human
  • Resources and Handling of Statutory remittances and obligations.
  • MBA /HR Professional Certification is an added Advantage

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
