Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Implement and monitor HR policies
• Support performance management and employee development
• Utilize HR software and tools for efficient HR operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
• Proficiency with HR tools and software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage HR functions efficiently.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
