Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Insurance Personnel to provide on-site support for insurance operations.
• This role involves managing day-to-day insurance activities, including policy administration, underwriting support, and claims coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day insurance operations efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with policy administration, underwriting, and claims processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support reporting and communication within the insurance operations team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, underwriting, and claims processes.
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operational tasks.
