Job Position: Inventory Manager

Job Summary

• The Inventory Manager will oversee and control all stock management activities across the company, ensuring accurate tracking, timely replenishment, and minimal wastage.
• The role requires strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement effective inventory control systems that support smooth operations and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all stock across outlets and central storage.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly stock levels, identifying discrepancies and reconciling variances.
• Implement and enforce stock control procedures to reduce losses and wastage.
• Work with the procurement team to forecast demand and place timely orders.
• Track expiration dates and ensure compliance with food safety and storage standards.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits across outlets.
• Analyse consumption patterns to optimise ordering and reduce excess inventory.
• Generate inventory reports and present insights to management for decision-making.
• Train and supervise junior staff on stock handling and control processes.
• Liaise with kitchen and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and finished goods.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience.

Salary
N300,000 / month
