Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations and develop strategies to optimize stock management.
• The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and manage replenishment.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, and opportunities for improvement.
• Champion initiatives to enhance inventory processes, including the use of technology and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organizational policies.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory performance and present findings to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
