Job Position: Inventory Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the inventory team, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
- This role involves supervising inventory control processes, conducting regular stock audits, coordinating with other departments, and implementing procedures to optimize inventory accuracy and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Oversee daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve inventory-related issues, including discrepancies, shortages, and excess stock.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and ensure timely data entry and updates.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement & facility managers to ensure adequate stock levels and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Reporting: Prepare and present inventory reports, highlighting key metrics, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory storage area, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
Requirement
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent only.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to conduct stock counts and manage inventory in warehouse settings.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
