We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Investment Advisor / Marketer
Job Location: Lagos

Scope of Role

• Marketing and selling of company real estate products, including luxury properties ranging from ?100m to ?1bn
• Client sourcing, engagement, and relationship management
• Conducting property inspections and presentations
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Maintaining accurate client records and follow-ups
• Representing the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline
• Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in real estate or luxury sales is an advantage
• Target-driven and result-oriented.

Salary

• N200,000 / month.
• Commission: 5% commission on sales

Operational Support/Other Benefits:

• Pool car available for client inspections and official assignments
• HMO.
