Job Position: Invoicing Officer

Job Location: Makurdi, Benue
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Issue invoices, consignment notes, stock transfer invoices, etc.
  • Raise credit notes for sales representatives.
  • Check movement of stocks.
  • Update stock records.
  • Give information on stock movement and positions.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualification & Required Skills

  • A relevant First Degree (BSc./HND) in Computer Science / Accounting / Business Administration with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division / Lower Credit.
  • At least three (3) years of post qualification experience in a similar position.
  • Not more than 35 years of age.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and management.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be pro-active and versatile.
