Job Position: IT Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

• As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, and security of all technology systems, infrastructure, and support services within the organization.
• You will manage both day-to-day IT operations and long-term strategy, ensuring optimal performance, minimal downtime, and robust cybersecurity measures.
• We are looking for a self-driven and proactive professional who can lead a lean IT function, support digital innovation, and act as a key enabler for the business.

Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of network systems, servers, hardware, and software.
• Ensure high system availability, data backups, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and access points to ensure smooth network performance.

IT Support & Service Delivery

• Provide first-line and escalated technical support to staff for all hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Maintain an updated IT asset register, and track inventory of all tech tools and devices.

Vendor & Service Provider Management

• Manage relationships with ISPs, cloud service providers, software vendors, and other IT-related vendors.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure optimal performance of external service providers.

Requirements
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 4years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle tech emergencies calmly.
• Familiarity with payment systems or fintech platforms is a strong advantage.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly
