Job Position: IT Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Role Description

• As an Information Technology Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the firm's IT infrastructure and systems.
• This includes planning, implementing, and supporting IT initiatives and projects, ensuring the security and integrity of data, managing vendor relationships, and providing technical support and training to staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and network equipment.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new software and IT policies.
• Create and maintain user guides and documentation for IT systems and procedures.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in evaluating and procuring new hardware and software solutions.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
