Asanicoops provides support for Mall for Africa. Mall for Africa owns the app that provides a convenient, safe, fast way to purchase items directly from US & UK online stores and receive them in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Support

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time and prevention of downtime
• Software & Hardware support
• The candidate should be a hands-on individual who will be able to carry out system troubleshooting and repairs
• Carry out system networking and connectivity.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience is mandatory, previous experience in a call center operation environment will be an added advantage.
