Job Position: I.T Support Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and assembling computer networks and systems
• Maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete.
• Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading corporate customer’s networks and in house servers.
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
• Set up user accounts, permissions and password
• Resolve problems reported by end user.
• Installing and integrating new server hardware and applications
• Research and make recommendations on server system administration
• Ensure network security and connectivity.
• Carries out other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification in Computer Science or has experience in related field.
