1.) Graphics Artist
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The Graphic Artist will design creative and visually appealing graphics that reflect the brand’s identity across digital and print platforms.
- The role works closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content that supports campaigns, events and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design work.
- Transform ideas into visual excellence by designing high-impact marketing and communication materials —including flyers, banners, social media creatives, packaging mock-ups, and internal documents.
- Bring a high level of creativity, incorporating luxury design elements and 3D motion graphics to elevate brand storytelling.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver visually engaging outputs that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Art or related field.
- 3 years of experience in similar roles, experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
etc.). - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work onsite and comfortable commuting to the office location.
2.) Training Executive
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The Training Executive will support the growth of our people, also responsible for designing and delivering internal training programs, assessing learning needs, tracking progress, and driving continuous employee development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- To serve as in-house consultant on Learning and Capability Development issues
- Identifying learning needs, coming up with interventions to bridge the gaps, facilitating the processes to close the gaps and evaluating the impact of same on the business.
- To provide feedback regularly and recommendation to the Leadership on challenges identified during field accompaniments (market visit).
- Responsible for preparation & implementation training programs in line with the strategic objective of the Branch and the organization.
- Assist in meeting the recruitment and capability development needs from time to time.
- Assess training effectiveness through training quizzes and feedback mechanism.
- Track record for every activity or project for collaboration with stakeholders and timely action.
- Report insightful analysis to the company by best utilizing available data and information on sales activities.
- Responsible for overall performance and efficient delivery of the expectations by both the Sales and the support team.
- Track and analyze sales performance and timely reports, which support company's decision making.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure that the sales team gets the resources and support it needs to succeed.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Learning and Development (L&D) consultant having knowledge of sales within the FMCG space.
- Passionate about learning, driving performances and adding value in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent with presentation, facilitation, and possesses good relational and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work onsite and comfortable commuting to the office location.
- Open to travel outside of Lagos when required.
3.) Accountant
Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording, reconciliation, and reporting of all financial transactions within the organization.
- This role plays a critical part in supporting the firm's mission to deliver tailored investment solutions to clients by maintaining precise financial records and ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
- The Accountant will be instrumental in facilitating smooth operational and financial management, consistently aligning with the organization’s core values of excellence, professionalism, integrity, innovation, and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Record-keeping & Transactions Management:
- Accurately records all financial transactions within the accounting system, including investments, fees, expenses, and cash flows across client portfolios and fund operations.
- Ensures proper documentation and classification of transactions, specifically supporting diverse fund structures such as dollar funds, equity funds, money market funds, and segregated portfolios.
Reconciliation & Verification:
- Performs timely and thorough bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and comprehensive account reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconciles fund statements, bank accounts, and client accounts, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepares precise periodic financial statements, reports, and schedules that adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Supports audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clear explanations.
Budgeting & Expense Oversight:
- Assists in the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to investment activities and operational needs.
- Monitors expenses, ensures proper approvals, and maintains robust controls to support the firm's financial sustainability.
Financial Analysis & Insights decision-making:
- Contributes to financial analysis to inform management's strategic
- Provides valuable insights on fund performance, operational costs, and key profitability metrics.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement:
- Maintains and actively enhances internal control procedures to mitigate errors, prevent fraud, and minimize operational risks.
- Identifies and implements process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy in all financial activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, especially in financial services, asset management, or fund administration
- ACCA, ICAN is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong accuracy, excellent organizational, and time management skills.
