We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Facility Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment and other asset in the facility.
  • Manage unplanned maintenance, repair, and recovery for the facility as required within the shortest possible time.
  • Follow-up on timelines to ensure periodic services such as generator and elevator servicing in the facility.
  • Adopt energy-saving techniques by turning off lights, putting off equipment, and use of inverter to the firm’s advantage and sourcing for other energy-saving options.
  • Drive service excellence through service delivery and innovation whilst maintaining compliance within health, safety, and sustainability activities.
  • Ensure PPMs are conducted and properly coordinated.
  • Oversee and facilitate toolbox meetings on-site.
  • Oversee the water and sewage treatment plant processes to ensure proper hygiene.
  • Monitoring equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working conditions.
  • Assist with and coordinate internal office and furniture moves.
  • Work with the Facility Manager with special projects-related duties such as office construction and refurbishments and contractor/ vendor bidding processes.
  • Manage and ensure routine fumigation of offices across the branches.
  • Execute other assignments as assigned by the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Estate Management, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Between 1 - 2 years of experience as a Facility Officer in a Facility Management Company.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Facility Management Enabled Software will be a big plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of building and asset maintenance practices, and relevant regulations.

2.) Accountant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures
  • Bring the Group Financial Controller and Finance Business Partner up to speed on work status and client issues that may arise.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Financial Controller

Qualifications

  • First degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Basic Data Analytics skills such as PowerBI and Tableau will be a huge plus.

3.) Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
  • Implement effective inventory control procedures to ensure that no inventory is taken out of the storage facility without appropriate approval.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and condition of goods and materials received against purchase orders
  • Update inventory databases, systems, or spreadsheets to reflect stock transactions, adjustments, and movements, maintaining up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
  • Implement inventory control measures to optimize inventory turnover and minimize obsolescence.
  • Reconcilephysical stock counts with inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and resolving inventory variances.
  • Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, or surplus inventory, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Central Operations Unitto ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of consumables and other items to project sites
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers whilst collaboratingwith the contract and procurement team in negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure a reliable supply of inventory items.
  • Implement inventory management best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards to improve efficiency and accuracy in inventory control processes.
  • Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, aging analysis, and inventory turnover ratios, to assess inventory performance and identify trends or issues.
  • Analyze demand patterns, purchase or sales forecasts, and historical data to forecast inventory requirements, set reorder points, and determine optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the Contract and Procurementunitto place orders for replenishment stock, ensuring timely delivery and availability of inventory items.
  • Manage stock rotation, shelf-life tracking, and expiry date monitoring for perishable or time-sensitive goods, minimizing waste and spoilage.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in inventory management, participating in training, workshops, and professional development activities.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by Operations Support Manager

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations, preferably in a real estate, retail, or distribution environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory record-keeping, stock tracking, and data entry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze inventory data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communicationskills expressed both in written and oral
