Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Network Administrator

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time


Responsibilities
Network Performance and Connectivity: 

  • Proactively monitor network performance and connectivity to ensure optimal operation. 
  • Perform regular network diagnostics to identify and troubleshoot connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and software errors.
  • Utilize network analyzers, performance monitoring software, and diagnostic tools to pinpoint the root cause of network issues.
  • Implement strategies to optimize network performance, including bandwidth management, load balancing, and traffic prioritization.

Issue Identification and Resolution:

  • Identify and diagnose network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware malfunctions, and software errors. o Implement prompt and effective resolutions to network issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous business operations.
  • Develop and follow incident response protocols to address and resolve network disruptions efficiently.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of network issues impacting business operations.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed logs and documentation of network performance, issues, and resolutions.
  • Track incident reports, resolution steps, and outcomes to build a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
  • Regularly update network topology diagrams and infrastructure documentation to reflect current configurations and changes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions to senior management.

Network Security:

  • Plan, build, and implement security systems to safeguard network, software, hardware, and other technology components.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cyber threats.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM subject preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role or above is a must.
  • Ability to think like a hacker and anticipate hacker moves.
  • Thorough work ethic, attention to detail.
  • Skills of perception and QA, ability to identify vulnerabilities and overall issues.
  • Good knowledge of MS Azure Cloud is a must.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies, security is good to have.
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and data centres.
  • Critical thinking skills, problem solving aptitude.
  • Forensic approach to challenges.
  • Desire to self-educate on the ever-changing landscape of cyber hacking tactics.
  • Experience in professional cybersecurity environment is a plus.

2.) National Inventory Planner

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duities and Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage national inventory levels across various locations to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize shortages and excess inventory.

Demand Forecasting:

  • Utilize sales data, market trends, and historical information to forecast future product demand.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to create accurate demand forecasts.
  • Adjust forecasts based on seasonality, promotions, and shifts in market demand.

Supplier Coordination:

  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products, managing lead times and reorder points.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on delivery schedules and quantities to optimize inventory replenishment.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze inventory metrics such as turnover rates, stockouts, and days of supply to improve inventory efficiency.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance for senior management.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with the procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align inventory levels with business goals.
  • Communicate inventory issues and resolutions across different departments and stakeholders.

Inventory Optimization:

  • Develop strategies to reduce obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
  • Implement inventory replenishment models that minimize costs while maintaining service levels.

System Management:

  • Use inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS) to track and manage stock levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in a national or multi-location role is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and software (e.g., ERP, WMS, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

3.) Surveillance Auditor (CCTV)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • The general review of Remote IP cameras watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents and/or suspicious operational activities and contacting the authorities when necessary for appropriate vetting and/or sanctions where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and reviewing of the CCTV Cameras with a view to ascertaining any anomaly, non-compliance, security breach and/or operational violation.
  • Identify, analyze and review of potential risk within the areas of coverage to avoid any compliance issues and mitigate against any losses.
  • Document all observations vis-à-vis, screenshots, video clips and any other images for referencing.
  • Prepare a monthly Executive Summary report of all incidents across the Pilot Scheme Stores... etc

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CCTV operations or maintenance.
