Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with offices located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Interior Designer

Job Location: Adetokunbo Ademola, Victoria Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Design Guidance:

  • Provide expert advice on design options, materials, and furnishings.

Space Planning:


  • Create layouts to maximize space and functionality while adhering to design requirements.
  • Coordinate structural elements such as walls and flooring to align with the client’s vision.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety standards.

Design Conceptualization:

  • Develop design concepts and visual presentations to help clients envision the final look.
  • Utilize tools like CAD or design software to create 2D/3D renderings of proposed designs.

Material and Color Selection:

  • Recommend furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials that align with the design concept.
  • Assist clients in selecting color schemes, textures, and overall palette.

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee contractors, electricians, painters, and other trades involved in the project.
  • Ensure the design is executed according to the plan.
  • Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Incorporate client feedback and make adjustments to the design as requested.
  • Present the final design upon completion and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Experience: 5 - 10 years
  • Professional certification may be required.
  • Previous experience in a design-related role.
  • Qualification: BA / BSc / HND

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software (CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.

2.) Storekeeper

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a meticulous record of all items in the store, ensuring accuracy and completeness in inventory management.
  • Administering the stored items with care and caution, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and audits to verify inventory levels and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinating with other departments to fulfill internal requisitions and external customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the storage area to uphold high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.
  • Utilizing computerized inventory management systems to track stock movements, generate reports, and analyze trends for informed decision-making.
  • Providing support during inventory counts, reconciliations, and year-end audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proximity to the workplace is preferred for efficient and timely attendance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems and MS Office applications for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for handling and storing various types of items, including hazardous materials if applicable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration and awareness is key in any task.

3.) Aluminium Technician

Job Location: Adetokunbo Ademola - Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Execute aluminum fixtures and maintenance tasks with precision.
  • Analyze and perform tasks according to regulated standards.
  • Carry out other civil tasks, such as façade cleaning, beyond aluminum work.
  • Operate portable and dedicated power tools effectively.
  • Perform additional work in aluminum, ironmongery, furniture, and related areas.
  • Complete any other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Trade Test in Electrical or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in aluminum works.
  • Proven track record in the field.
  • Basic understanding and experience in HSE procedures.
  • Familiarity with aluminum works, alucobond use, ironmongery, furniture, and janitorial services.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 Monthly.
