1.) Phone Collection Agent

Job Location: Lagos

Description

• FLEXI MFB is looking for reliable and self-driven Phone Collection Agents to support its Customer Finance & Recovery operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site follow-ups with users who have outstanding balances on credit-enabled services within the FLEXI MFBecosystem.
• The role requires strong interpersonal skills, discipline, and the ability to manage field operations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers with overdue balances to discuss repayment options and agree on suitable payment terms.
• Meet and exceed monthly recovery targets through effective communication and negotiation.
• Ensure strict adherence to FCCPC guidelines and company compliance policies during all collection activities.
• Accurately document customer conversations, commitments, and repayment arrangements in the internal system.
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes professionally to maintain a positive service experience.
• Secure one-time settlements and structure realistic repayment plans based on customers’ financial situations.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any related discipline.
• Previous experience in phone collections, customer service, telesales, or call-center operations is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.
• Good data entry and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and compliance awareness.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.

2.) Field Collection Agent

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for reliable and self-driven Field Collection Agents to support its Customer Finance & Recovery operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site follow-ups with users who have outstanding balances on credit-enabled services within the FLEXI MFBecosystem.
• The role requires strong interpersonal skills, discipline, and the ability to manage field operations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to users with overdue balances to recover outstanding installments.
• Discuss repayment challenges and negotiate feasible repayment arrangements.
• Verify customer information and update repayment status in the system.
• Retrieve devices or collateral from defaulted users following company procedures.
• Maintain good relationships with local police authorities for long-overdue or fraudulent cases.
• Report field activities, collection progress, and suspected fraud to the supervisor.
• Work with Risk Control and Customer Service teams to improve repayment rates.
• Maintain professionalism and protect PalmPay’s image during field operations.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field.
• Experience in field collections, recovery, or field operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with assigned routes and willingness to move across locations.
• Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
• Discipline, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 per month.

3.) Loan Verfication Officer

Job Locations: Ota, Ijebu Ode, Ijebu North, Abeokuta South, Abeokuta North, Obafemi Owode, Ewekoro, Shagamu - Ogun
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Loan Verification Officers to verify customer information, assess risk, and ensure all onboarding checks are completed accurately before loan approval.
• The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer information including identity, employment, business details, addresses, and references.
• Conduct digital and physical KYC checks to confirm customer authenticity.
• Review supporting documents such as IDs, bank statements, and utility bills for accuracy.
• Carry out field visits when needed to verify addresses, businesses, or guarantor information.
• Identify potential fraud and escalate suspicious cases to the Risk Team.
• Document and update all verification findings in the internal system.
• Communicate professionally with customers, employers, and guarantors for confirmation checks.
• Ensure compliance with Flexi MFB policies, regulatory standards, and KYC/AML guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Credit, Risk, and Collections teams to support safe lending decisions.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in loan verification, credit analysis, field verification, KYC, or similar roles.
• Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet strict timelines and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with local routes (for field verification) is an added advantage.
