We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Head Chef

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• To lead the kitchen team, design menus, oversee food preparation, and ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and cost efficiency in all culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff across all sections.
• Develop and update menus aligned with customer preferences and business goals.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Manage food costs, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate culinary staff.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site, flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

KPIs

• Menu innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Food cost control within budget.
• Consistent quality & hygiene compliance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Culinary Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in professional kitchens.
• Strong leadership, creativity, and financial management.

2.) Sous Chef

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• To assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, supervising staff, and ensuring quality and efficiency in daily food operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations in Head Chef’s absence.
• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts.
• Ensure food quality and consistency.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
• Support training and mentoring of junior chefs.

• Smooth service during shifts.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts.
• 3–5 years of kitchen experience with supervisory duties.

3.) Chef de Partie

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• To manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented according to standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned section (grill, pastry, sauce, etc.).
• Prepare dishes according to recipes.
• Train and support commis chefs.
• Maintain section cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure mise-en-place readiness.

Working Conditions:

• On-site, fast-paced environment, shifts.

KPIs

• Section performance and consistency.
• Compliance with food safety standards.
• Timely delivery of dishes during service.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Culinary qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional kitchen experience.

• We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to find, sign & launch the most sought-after brands in Nigeria, secure category leaders, and negotiate killer deals (exclusivity, premium margins, co-marketing).

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Sign 10–15 high-value partners/month
• Achieve 80% coverage of top brands per category
• Fill category gaps & keep SKUs in stock
• Drive 30% MoM GMV growth from your portfolio We’re looking for:

Requirements
