Job Position: Company Driver
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Overview
- We are in need of a reliable and trustworthy company driver.
Responsibilities
- Safely transporting staff members to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the loading and offloading of luggage.
- Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing,
- Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s movements.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
Requirements
- WAEC / SSCE or OND
- Minimum of 5 years experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
- The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
- Good communication
- Punctual and reliable
- Should have taken Covid-19 Vaccine.
Job Position: Audit Supervisor
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Overview
- We are looking for a reliable and experienced Audit Supervisor who will be assisting the auditing team with planning and administration of assignments, drafting financial statements, prepare budgets, conduct financial audits, and verify the financial information of the organization and our clients.
- Responsible for audit service delivery and ensure timely and quality audit deliverables on the work done by self and by other junior team members with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining audit budgets.
- Planning and directing company financial audits.
- Ensuring the organisation is compliant with current legislation and best practices.
- Verifying company financial information.
- Supporting the accounting and auditing teams in their daily functions.
- Preparing audit reports and statements for review.
- Knowledgeably answering client audit queries in good time.
Skills / Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics or Statistics
- Minimum of 4 years experience.
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Advanced Knowledge of accounting and auditing procedures.
- Team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project planning and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Familiarity with accounting and office software.
