1.) General Manager (Hospitality Industry)

Job Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational activities in the hotel.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial plans.
• Address inquiries and provide feedback promptly.
• Maintain and uphold quality standards across all areas of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a Hospitality or Managerial field with relevant work experience.
• Proven experiences in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make strategic decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the region through market research, networking and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
