We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) IT Support Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • As an IT support engineer, you will meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, provide effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • You may also be required to install new software applications and train clients on proper application use.

Key Elements of the Role

  • Installing and configuring client computer systems.
  • Responding to client IT support requests.
  • Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
  • Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
  • Troubleshoot & Repair computer systems Laptop/Server/Desktop/Printer etc and keep the record
  • Troubleshoot IOS/Windows /MS-Office related issues
  • Software update check Antivirus/ windows / MS-office
  • Ensure Network Uplink uptime Escalating the issue to responsible body/Vendor/Engineer
  • Configure firewall, manage policy
  • Regular check of CCTV , Biometric terminals and VoIP Phones
  • Ensure Network access to only authorised person after approval
  • Regular Preventive & Corrective maintenance of Network system Switch / Wireless AP/Firewall
  • Email configuration, troubleshooting
  • Regular Internet link and structural cable check
  • Escalate the Inverter /Battery related issue to inverter team
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Keep the record of IT-assets Laptop/keyboard/mouse/charger etc

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a technical support engineer
  • Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
  • Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Shell
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills.

2.) Senior NOC Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Key Deliverables:

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve all network elements.
  • Provide 2nd level support to resolve escalated issues in timely fashion.
  • Perform network surveillance, proactively responding to network outages and incidents
  • Escalate problems to 3rd level support within the Operations Centre, within expected time of resolution
  • Ensure all incident tickets logged for outages are resolved and closed within agreed SLA

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Behavior required to succeed in Role:

  • 1st Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the telecoms industry.
  • Network troubleshooting and maintenance experience
  • Ability to work during night hours (shift mode)
  • Good understanding of wireless communications technology
  • Accurate documentation and report generation skills.

3.) Senior Procurement Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Strategic Sourcing: Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, conduct regular performance reviews, and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, conduct market research, and implement best practices to achieve cost efficiency in procurement processes.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks related to procurement activities, including supplier performance, geopolitical factors, and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with overall business objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's Degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Procurement Officer or similar role in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
