We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Reconciliation Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • The Reconciliation Officer is to perform financial reconciliations and support financial reporting. He/she will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records by performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
  • The employee is to have strong, accurate analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of company accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reconciliations.
  • Ensure that all reconciliations are completed within the required timeframe.
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies and irregularities in financial records and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Officer to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to prevent future discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure that financial discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all financial discrepancies are properly documented and reported.
  • Reconcile differences and discrepancies, and ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for and recorded.
  • Prepare and submit reconciliation reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and irregularities in financial records and transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Provide support and assistance in analyzing financial data and preparing financial models.
  • Ensure that all financial reports and statements are accurate and complete.
  • Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Provide support and assistance in identifying and resolving financial reporting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Provide support and assistance in internal and external audits.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly authorized and approved.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related course
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and interface with large multi-functional project teams.
  • Professional accounting qualification e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CIMA with understanding of IFRS principles is an added advantage
  • Experience using accounting software.Proficient use of MS Office Applications especially Excel
  • Knowledge of beauty & wellness Industry is an added advantage

2.) Executive Assistant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing different duties with the primary goal of providing personalized secretarial, administrative and research support as well as ensuring the company achieves its business objectives in a well-organised and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients.
  • Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Represent the Managing Director in person or virtually at meetings and events.
  • Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and maintain an events calendar.
  • Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arrange refreshments.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as filling forms, preparing correspondence, and maintaining databases.
  • Manage the Managing Director's email, offering timely responses and ensuring they are properly briefed.
  • Act as a bridge of communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal departments, answering calls and making travel arrangements.
  • Maintain credibility, trust, and protect confidentiality on issues and concerns addressed to the Managing Director.
  • Observe best business practices and etiquette.
  • Provide a smooth bridge of communication between the Managing Director and all staff.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BA or BSC in Mass communications, public relations or any otherrelated field.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of work experience with solid knowledgeon how to be a personal/executive assistant.
  • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Effective research skills and ability to meet up multiple deadlines in good timing.

3.) Finance Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Finance Officer is responsible for timely and accurate information reporting including responsibilities for job cost tracking, balance sheet reconciliations, processing bank draws, research, and communication with finance managers on various project status and payment approvals

Responsibilities

  • Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts receivable in line with company financial policies and procedures
  • Responsible for processing reports and keeping variety of accounting documents such as; invoices, departmental billings, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, vendor statement, etc.
  • Work with CSR Department on a daily basis to process daily financial report across all the various ORIKI locations
  • Assist in resolving payment discrepancies by keeping accurate records
  • Promptly investigate and help resolve customer’s financial queries as they are raised by the CSR team
  • Be involved in all the necessary financial or economic research and budgeting for different things as requested.
  • Undertake daily reconciliations of financial statements with the CSR Team to ensure that all the credits are captured without any omission or errors
  • Monitor, review and follow up on all product purchases to ensure it is reflected on Zenoti and hat such transactions are correctly and promptly posted and report unusual variances
  • Maintain a good filing system that will ensure that all accounts receivable & payable files and records are easily accessible by management when in need of such information and for reconciliation purposes
  • Post and reconcile prepayment accounts
  • Assists Accounting team with analysis and reporting of project costs.
  • Aid in preparing monthly financial statements, including monthly WIP reports
  • Assist with various financial project analysis reporting
  • Data enter invoices for payment and process back up report after data entry
  • Job cost tracking, analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain timely and accurate general ledger (posting entries, recording accruals, etc.)
  • Maintain timely and accurate account reconciliations
  • Maintain accounting system as per standard practices and principles of accounting.
  • Maintain and processes payments draw files and invoice files.
  • Assist with general accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job costing and general ledger posting.
  • Process accounts receivable and understand the ORIKI billing and Zenoti collections process
  • Assist in the reconciliation of Vendor statements for purchases and Customer payments for services
  • Interface with senior finance management on all aspects of accounting.
  • Handle every other task as assigned by management.

Qualifications
