Responsibilities
- Design, promote, and execute engaging events that align with our brand’s goals, ensuring memorable experiences for clients and partners.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.
- Manage campaigns that increase brand presence and appeal, including social media, digital, and traditional marketing channels.
- Identify and manage partnerships within the industry to enhance brand visibility and broaden our market reach.
- Support revenue targets by driving sales through marketing initiatives and building relationships with key clients and influencers.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs, adapting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in events, or PR industry is highly preferred.

Salary

2.) Operations Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Overview
- We are seeking an Operations Manager with a clear understanding of banking operations, ideally within fintech, Merchant Services, and EOR processes.
- In this role, you will lead end-to-end client setup, oversee operational activities, and maintain high-quality relationships with banking institutions, clients, and vendors.
- Working closely with internal teams (Finance, Technology, and Client Services), you’ll ensure efficient operations, manage transactions, and deliver exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client onboarding, including bank account opening, local entity formation, and EOR legal arrangements to ensure seamless integration.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries related to banking operations, transactions, and EOR services.
- Manage all operational activities, including transaction support, settlements, debits, and bank charges, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Technology, Client Services) to optimise workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and uphold high service standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance client experience and service efficiency.
- Monitor transaction processes for accuracy and timeliness while maintaining compliance.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with external partners, including banks, vendors, and key clients, ensuring accurate service delivery.
- Lead customer support efforts to resolve client inquiries related to operations and transactions effectively.
- Ensure all operations comply with local banking regulations and maintain comprehensive documentation of all transactions and activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management or customer service within financial services, with experience in international clients and local banking operations highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Merchant Services, EOR operations, and local banking processes.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage complex operational processes.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRMs and transaction monitoring systems is an advantage.
Salary
NGN 350,000 per month.

3.) Office Assistant

Job Overview
- We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and organised Office Assistant to help maintain a well-functioning, clean, and organised workspace.
- This role involves ensuring smooth office operations by handling front desk responsibilities, providing general administrative support, and contributing to a positive work environment. Candidates residing near Victoria Island are preferred for flexibility and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to inquiries via email or phone.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Oversee and coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure all areas are clean, well-organised, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Conduct routine checks of office spaces to ensure everything is in order and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms, preparing materials, and organising equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and documents.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organisation.

Qualifications
- Education: HND or B.Sc degree in relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
