We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Airbnb Cleaner

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Overview

  • We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our Airbnb properties located in Lekki Phase 1. 
  • The ideal candidate must be based within Lekki Phase 1 or its immediate environs and should have a strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize Airbnb apartments after guest check-out.
  • Change and launder bed linens, towels, and other washable items.
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request restocks when necessary.
  • Replenish amenities (toiletries, bottled water, etc.) as needed.
  • Ensure all areas including kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living areas are cleaned to high standards.
  • Ensure all cleaning is completed before the next guest check-in time.
  • Follow Airbnb standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.

Requirements

  • Must reside in or around Lekki Phase 1.
  • Previous experience in residential or Airbnb/apartment cleaning is preferred.
  • Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to manage cleaning duties efficiently.

2.) Windows System Administrator

Job Location: Lagos - Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Windows System Administrator to manage and support our Windows server environment. 
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPOs, and a solid understanding of network protocols and connectivity in a Windows-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Active Directory, ensuring user accounts, permissions, and group policies are appropriately configured.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs in a production environment.
  • Diagnose and resolve authentication, login, and general performance issues related to Windows servers and endpoints.
  • Identify and troubleshoot network connectivity issues within a Windows environment.
  • Provide first-level support for incidents related to Windows server infrastructure.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining security policies and system configurations.
  • Document processes and troubleshooting steps clearly and consistently.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and other departments for effective system support and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Windows Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory management and support.
  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills with DNS, DHCP, DFS, and GPOs.
  • Solid understanding of Windows authentication mechanisms and performance monitoring.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, including VLANs, IP subnets, and general Windows network configuration.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.

3.) Linux System Administrator

Job Location: Lagos - Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Linux System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. 
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Linux system administration, automation tools, cloud services (particularly AWS), and scripting.
  • This role will support the infrastructure across a large-scale environment, including support for approximately 35 ships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Linux systems including RHEL 6/7/8/9, Amazon Linux 2, Ubuntu, and CentOS.
  • Manage Red Hat Satellite server and capsule infrastructure.
  • Automate system administration tasks using Ansible (preferably Ansible Automation Platform).
  • Develop and maintain scripts using Bash, Python, Terraform, or YAML.
  • Administer AWS services, specifically EC2, AMI, EBS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
  • Handle file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, FTPS, SCP, CIFS, SMB, NFS).
  • Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or VMware Cloud (VMC).
  • Work with web servers and application servers (HTTPD, Tomcat, NGINX).
  • Utilize version control and code management tools like Git, GitLab, or GitHub.
  • Use documentation and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with Ansible or Ansible Tower for automation.
  • Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, YAML, and Terraform.
  • Background in virtualization (e.g., VMware).
  • Experience with web server technologies and configuration.
  • Experience managing Red Hat Satellite infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies and services.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

4.) Enterprise Project Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management:

  • Conduct regular project status meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress and challenges.
  • Facilitate review sessions with key stakeholders to assess project milestones and necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team and stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate project deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed weekly project reports to all relevant departments, including external vendors. 

Vendor Engagement:

  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration into the bank’s systems, including onboarding to the Active Directory, VPN password setup, and server configurations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and technical teams, resolving issues through emails, meetings, and troubleshooting sessions. 

Project Communication & Reporting:

  • Present weekly project updates during board imperative meetings to ensure transparency and alignment on progress.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders, ensuring expectations are effectively managed. 

Project Execution & Delivery:

  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. 
  • Make critical decisions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
  • Support the technical team during production deployment and transition processes before the official project handover.
  • Oversee Go-live activities and pilot runs, ensuring smooth execution while sharing consistent updates with stakeholders. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of project management experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, ScrumMaster) are a plus.
