1.) Associate Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Develop new Web applications through packaged and customized applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and ensure all internal systems are integrated.
- Deliver new functionality and change requests for existing applications.
- Perform complete testing of Web applications, unit and system, engaging users as necessary.
- Learn how to build medium to large-scale public-facing, high-volume web applications.
- Participate in the ongoing development of applications that meet the needs of our customers.
- Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
- Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline. A Master's Degree from an accredited University will be an added advantage.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development
- Solid understanding of relational web applications in C#.Net
- Working knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, MySQL, and C# .Net development.
- A strong desire to collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams
- Possess solid skills in SQL
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and a great zeal for coding.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
2.) C#.Net Engineer 1
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Develop new Web applications through packaged and customized applications.

- Play a key role in building medium to large-scale public facing, high volume based Web applications.
- Perform complete testing of Web applications, unit, and system, engaging users as necessary.
- Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
- Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.
- Maintain existing intranet, extranet, and Internet sites and applications.
- Participate in the ongoing development of applications that meet the needs of our customers.
- Deliver new functionality and change requests for existing applications.
- Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in Computer Science or related Technical Degree.
- 2-4 years of Solid understanding and experience utilizing C# .NET
- Working knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, mySQL and Object Oriented .Net development.
- Possess solid skills in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working on teams, Agile/Scrum teams experience preferred.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

3.) Graphic Designer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)
Job Description
- Design cutting-edge, high-quality, graphics to be used in digital and print media.
- Execute creative work with professional competence with the ability to move seamlessly from one project to the next.
- Create and design new and update existing communication materials for internal and external deployment.
- Assist with various on-going talent brand and employer brand marketing projects as requested.
- Collaborate with Talent Brand Marketing Manager to identify and work on areas of personal and professional growth and improvement.
- Manage designs on all social media platforms to ensure uniformity in output.
- Illustrates concept for review and approval by designing a rough layout of art and copy.
- Maintains electronic files and archives of all design work, photos, and images.
- Work with written copy to create infographics, collages, gifs, and graphics
- Manage relationship with vendors, preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval
- Ensure compliance with design and oversee print production delivery.
Qualifications
- Digital portfolio showcasing a wide range of styles.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- High degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Possess a deadline-driven mentality to complete your work without supervision.
- Exceptionally organized with a high attention to detail.
- The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
- Result-driven and passionate about industry, client engagement, retention and brand management
- Adapt to stay innovative and remain a constant student in every aspect of our business.
- UX/UI design experience is a plus.
