1.) Software Engineering Manager

Job Description
- A Software Engineering Manager to lead, mentor and manage multiple agile teams comprised of software engineers, team leads and product managers. Strategic in developing initiatives and setting time tables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all web-based services.
- Manage in an agile scrum environment and lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects, providing solutions
- Manage a broad portfolio of diverse technology projects to provide web, mobile and integration solutions
- Manage application/software development; work with teams on challenging architectural problems to deliver innovative, high quality products on a foundation of engineering excellence
- Develop a best in class scalable SaaS solution, leveraging the Cloud
- Provide architectural guidance; prioritize issues and lead the charge on challenging bugs, when needed
- Engage with key leaders to drive the vision and overall priorities to deliver quality products
- Communicate and translate vision/strategy to the team executing on functional and business goals for the team
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver high quality SaaS products
- Responsible for the delivery of superb products and systems; making certain excellent code is shipped, strive for engineering excellence and supported by teams that are building, testing and deploying leading edge solutions
- Drive the full software development life-cycle, set strategy and allocate appropriate resources to maximize ROI
- Prioritize workload, shift attention when priorities change and advocate when workload should not change.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or any related field
- 4+ years of combined experience in software engineering leadership; managing, architecting and deploying SaaS applications in a cloud-based infrastructure
- 4+ years of experience utilizing agile development and scrum methodologies
- Scrum Master a plus (NOT required)
- 1-3 years of experience building consumer web and mobile software solutions
- 2-4 years of people management with demonstrated experience in building and motivating large teams
- An understanding of security issues facing SaaS platforms and effective mitigation
- Solid technical background with experience in building next generation architectures and solutions
- Strong organizational planning and development, business judgment, influential skills and technical leadership
- Ability to take part in code reviews, drive architecture, engage in design discussions and final solution selection
- Strong record in building high performing organizations through people development and empowered teams
- Experience with SaaS technologies and a track record of delivering high quality products
- Excel at leading, managing, and building high functioning teams; and leading front-line technical contributors
- Ability to foster alignment of values, missions, and operational best practices
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
2.) Senior Operations Manager
Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Job type: Full time
Job Description
- The Senior Operations Manager will manage the daily operations of Cavista.
- This role will ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its processes and coaching its people.
- The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to support the business.
- Collaborate with management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
- Manage operational processes and performance, recommend solutions for improvement
- Implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
- Nurture and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years operational experience needed.
- Master’s is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Demonstrable proficiency with the Web, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Six Sigma certification
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks

3.) iOS Engineer (Associate, Intermediate or Senior)
Job Location: Nigeria
Job type: Full time
Job Description
- A Native Mobile Application Developer passionate about advancing mobility to construct elegant, effective and exceptional native mobile code, through self-motivation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Strategize by helping define product features alongside product management, UX design, and engineering to enable quality home health solutions.
- Work in an agile atmosphere to drive the system architecture, implement, test and deploy the next generation of mobile features for iOS applications.
- Spearhead the best practices in progressive code design and reviews; identify and address performance bottlenecks; recommend changes and enhancements to existing code to extend the reach of existing applications, timely.
- Contribute to a repository of highly reusable organization-focused artefacts such as libraries, demonstrations, documentation amongst many more.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related field)
- Experience building complex native iOS applications that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Involvement in publishing mobile applications for the App store
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Ability to take a project feature from scoping requirements through actual launch of the feature.
- Proficient with iOS SDK, Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa, Xcode, and OO programming and design.
- Noteworthy experience utilizing RESTful APIs.
- Functional knowledge of the iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills with emphasis on product performance, user experience and scalability.
- Ability to solve software problem or workflow and decompose a problem into clear software APIs and UX design actions.
- Communication skills across different teams and technical backgrounds highly valued
- Experience with third-party libraries/frameworks like Realm, IGListKit, Alamofire and Firebase is a plus.
