1.) Accountant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Accountant who will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, supporting financial operations, and contributing to the company’s financial strategy. 
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, with the ability to support business planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations:

  • Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  • Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with statutory deductions (PAYE, pension, etc.)
  • Manage tax filings (VAT, WHT, company income tax) and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies

Finance & Strategic Support:

  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions and performance monitoring
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and advise on cost control strategies
  • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation measures
  • Assist in evaluating financial implications of business initiatives and expansion projects

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management and board review
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for audits and regulatory purpose

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, payroll systems, and statutory reporting
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Strategic thinker with business acumen
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational ability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Resides in Close Proximity to Work, Ikeja Lagos.

2.) Logistics Assistant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Logistics Assistant will play a key role in supporting warehouse activities, managing inventory, preparing rental items for delivery, and ensuring timely dispatch and return of materials. This role requires someone who is organized, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in loading, offloading, and arranging rental items (chairs, tables, decor, etc.)
  • Prepare and package items for delivery to event locations
  • Track and record dispatches and returns using basic tracking tools
  • Conduct routine checks and report damages or missing items
  • Support inventory counts and proper storage of rental equipment
  • Work with drivers and logistics supervisors to ensure timely delivery
  • Keep warehouse space clean, safe, and organized
  • Support the team in event setup where required

Requirements

  • OND in Logistics, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or event operations (preferred)
  • Ability to lift and handle moderately heavy equipment
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory apps, or digital forms)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and proactive
  • Familiarity with event equipment is an advantage
  • Must Reside in close proximity to work

3.) Venue Operations Coordinator

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Venue Operations Coordinator to join our team. 
  • This role is central to the smooth operation of our venues and ensuring the successful execution of all scheduled events. 
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all company-managed event venues.
  • Coordinate logistics before, during, and after events
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure venues are clean, safe, and event-ready
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Supervise venue staff, including setup crew and support personnel
  • Booking Management, Sales and Business Development
  • Troubleshoot any on-site issues and provide quick resolutions
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company’s reputation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in venue or event operations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event management software
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
