  • As an Account Manager, you will be a key role in the Glovo Partner Operations team. You will be directly responsible to build and maintain good relationships between our partners and our company.
  • You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in your city.

Responsibilities
Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews).
  • Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling) .
  • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)
  • Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

Requirements
You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus. Preferably with experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-performance account management or Business Consultancy.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
  • Excellent Local Language and English skills.
  • Strong Commercial skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach

  • As a Q-commerce Partner Business Leader, you will be a key role in the Glovo Partner Operations team.
  • You will ensure partner engagement and retention in Glovo by finding ways to grow number of orders and generate additional revenue. Define the monetisation strategy and execution for all partner segments.

  • Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence
  • Deliver day to day campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across multiple clients 
  • Deliver outstanding day-to-day client service and a high quality of work to agreed excellence service and performance. 
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and reporting of performance metrics
  • Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to present to groceries partners and use as source of operational improvements

Job Requirements
You Have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management mandatory in Food Retail Industry and/or Business Consultant.

Job Responsibilities
Be a part of a Team where You will:

  • Be the General Manager's right-hand in any strategic and finance decision
  • Define jointly with the General Manager the long term goals of the country
  • Set and review quarterly country and department targets based on long term goals
  • Implement current corporate strategy throughout the annual planning cycle both at country and city level

  • Manage treasury function and ensure optimal cash flow
  • Coordinate the preparation of Financial Statements
  • Lead the relationship with third parties: external auditors, administrations, external consultants,
  • Analyze of procedures and external audit - Contributing to the continuous improvement of the processes promoting solutions to possible problems detected and reduce manual tasks
  • Optimize the fiscal policy of the company: VAT tax knowledge, IIBB Multilateral Agreement
  • Have a full team of 5+ HC reporting into you
  • Report into the General Manager with a dotted line to the Africa Head of Finance & Strategy

Job Requirements
You Have:

  • 6-10+ years of work experience in consulting, investment banking, audit or corporate finance within a leading company providing teams with the necessary data to make the right decisions & leading major projects 
  • Strong working knowledge in manipulating and presenting quantitative data (Excel, Google Spreadsheets etc.), ability to build flexible and comprehensive reporting templates
  • Advanced English
  • Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, and teamwork
  • Hands-on and autonomous
  • Advanced accounting and finance knowledge
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals
