1.) Partner Business Lead (They / She / He)
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Your Mission
- The way we manage our company is built on the belief that, by giving a WOW service to our partners, we will be able to change the on-demand delivery market. How are we doing this? By paying attention to small details.
- Glovo is a hyper-local marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivers their products in less than 30 mins. As a Partner Business Leader, you will be a key role in developing the groceries business.
The Journey
- Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence
- Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
- Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyse their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and reporting of performance metrics
- Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
- Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
- Own partner’s assortment → category management
- Be responsible of closing groceries deals along with the sales team leader
- Prepare reports and dashboards to present to groceries partners and use as source of operational improvements
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultant in Food Retail Industry

2.) Growth & Marketing Lead (They / She / He)

Description
- We are looking for a data driven and results focused Growth & Marketing Lead to join the Growth team in Nigeria.
- You will own the execution of all growth, marketing and engagement initiatives; and your goal will be to develop and execute the most profitable initiatives to position and promote Glovo.
- Role performance will be evaluated based on customer acquisition and engagement KPIs
The Journery
Definition and execution of Growth strategies:
- Support Head of Growth in defining local marketing strategy, adapting global playbook to local needs.
- Lead local Marketing execution (offline and online) and manage/optimize Content to deliver on the agreed growth goals.
- Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC (Cost of Acquisition)
- Identify and execute local partnerships to build brand awareness in Nigeria
Analytical & Research responsibilities:
- Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products, identify growth opportunities, and execute on projects to drive growth and user engagement.
- Work closely with Customer Research team to conduct qualitative analysis (surveys, focus groups, etc) to understand user base and gather feedback
- Track market dynamics and gather industry intelligence
Budget management and metric monitoring:
- Manage the country marketing budget.
- Track and monitor key Growth metrics providing the appropriate visibility to all stakeholders (Head of Growth - Nigeria, General Manager - Nigeria, Regional Marketing Director - Africa, and HQ)
Project & Stakeholder Management Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally with HQ Growth teams and supervise activities across all marketing channels
- Lead the execution of cross functional growth initiatives (e.g. product launches, roll out of new features, etc) by working closely with Local teams (Commercial, Content, Partner Operations, Operations, etc) and HQ teams (Product, Pricing, CRM, Performance Marketing, Brand & Comms)
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the activities carried out.
- Compile and present reports on marketing initiatives/campaign performance through collaboration with the analytics department and other HQ/local teams.
- Communicate details, updates and implementations across all stakeholders and teams with extreme attention to detail.
- Establish meaningful business relationships on behalf of the business (Top partners, Media agency, Media outlets, Social Media agency, etc).
Requirements
What you will bring to the ride:
- 3-5 years of Growth experience, in a leading consumer technology company, FMCG company, in the Media or E-commerce sector performing in a role of similar or larger responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. Proficiency with analytical tools is a plus (Looker, PowerBI, SQL, etc.).
- Proven track record of delivering business growth, experience defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, a good eye for design, and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a compelling and creative way
- An obsession with continuous improvement and delivering value efficiently
- Full proficiency in English
- Proficiency in G Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) / Microsoft office
- Good understanding of media channels, and comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs

3.) Lead Supply Operations - Nigeria (They / She / He)

Your Mission
- As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in Nigeria.
- You will lead the team and help them build primarily the following:
- A top-notch supply acquisition structure
- Owning the operational KPIs of cities, continuously evolving and building new channels of acquisition
- Engaging with and retaining couriers (or glovers, as we like to call them),
- Co-ordinating projects across these geographic areas
- By utilizing your effective data analysis, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Your main responsibility is to make sure the long-term sustainability of the fleet, its satisfaction, as well as its daily performance.
- This is a unique role which has a blend of hardcore data analytics skills along with a strong sense of community engagement with couriers understanding their needs and motivations.
The Journery
- Lead the Supply Operations team of Nigeria, reporting directly to the Head of Operations
- Be the owner of Operations P&L (courier cost, compensation cost, Live Operations, Materials etc..).
- Define the medium and long-term strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Be responsible for Operational Excellence levers, including courier profitability and incentives management, supply and demand balance, delivery times optimization, courier positioning and zoning & implementing logistics features
- Maintain a close and personal relationship with all the couriers to understand their concerns on a regular basis and adjust fleet policies accordingly
- Conduct focus groups vis-a-vis Glovo policies and devise the best for couriers and Glovo
- Improve the operations by ensuring our ambitious targets
- Hire, train, and mentor the team members
- Standardize processes across the different geographies under your scope
- Build tools to speed up Local teams’ autonomy
- Commit to contributing to Glovo’s growth, getting the job done
- Work with local providers and legal teams, to ensure the best-in-class operations in the region
- Bring the operations team to the next level!
- Get feedback from our couriers and translate it into product and operations improvement.

Requirements
What you will bring to the ride:
- +5 years in fast-paced environment, preferably in ops/strategy consulting, in an operations/logistic company or in FMCG/retail/top tech firms
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL knowledge is mandatory
- The skills to manage the big picture and the smallest details. You´re always on top of your deadlines and you demonstrate to be an organization freak!
- Track record of success delivering and implementing new solutions/processes/standardization
- Experience in KPIs tracking and creation and optimization expertise
- Problem solver, data-driven decision-making with a strong analytical approach
- A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics are a plus
- Ability to manage small work teams and lead changes
